Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and beautiful gardens and architecture. Many appreciate the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. However, several reviews mention issues with pool maintenance, water temperature, and occasional noise from events like weddings. Some guests also report problems with odors in the rooms and bathrooms, and a few note concerns about security and privacy. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as service, room size, and location stand out for most visitors.
