Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and relaxing, traditional Japanese atmosphere. Many highlighted the delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious and clean rooms, and the well-maintained onsen facilities. The ambiance, attention to detail, and amenities such as music rooms and lounges contributed to a memorable stay. Some minor criticisms included outdated rooms, inconvenient room layouts, and uncomfortable pillows, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
