Pros (+) The staff was great and friendly.
Cons (-) The elevators did not smell great. They smelled like someone smoked in a set of them

Pros (+) Outside pool, kindness of restaurant and front desk staff
Cons (-) Coloring in room was very depressing and the smell of air freshener was overwhelming

Poor
Mark, May 2017
Cons (-) This property is a very poor representative of the Sheraton Brand. It is an extremely old building. Very noisy. While it has receieved some upgrades it does not help the overall impression of the hotel. The Club Lounge is a disgrace. Merely an afterthought at this hotel. This is without a doubt the WORST Sheraton property I have stayed at anywhere in the world.

Cons (-) Air conditioners are old and too loud. Hotel looks very seedy especially from outside. Not recommended.
