Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient and the beds comfortable, with some positive mentions of friendly staff and good value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted issues such as poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, misleading amenities, and unprofessional service. The hotel appears to be in need of renovation, and several guests noted unpleasant odors, broken facilities, and dissatisfaction with deposits and fees. While a few guests had positive experiences with staff and room size, the negatives outweighed the positives for most reviewers.

Cons (-) Microwave, TV remote, and safe didn’t work. Run down and shabby. Bathtub was peeling. Refused to provide more than 2 towels. Did not provide washcloths when requested

At check out two families were waiting to leave but the attendant was busy in the cafe setting up breakfast. Breakfast could be an hour earlier, we had a plane to catch and could not eat at the hotel. The big issue was a faint odor in the room. A scent reminiscent of tobacco alternative use. Room 311...
