Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location close to shopping, freeways, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and stained linens. Service was often described as unfriendly or unprofessional, with some guests experiencing rude or unhelpful staff. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of a proper breakfast and found the beds uncomfortable. While a few positive comments were made about friendly staff and pet-friendly policies, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives for most guests.

Pros (+) Clean room. Nice staff.
Cons (-) Paper thin walls and ceiling. Could hear everything next to and above. Hallways smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom sinks did not have a counter to place toiletry bag. For one night is okay, but for an extended period no way.
