Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly staff, and high-quality breakfast options. Many found the proximity to local attractions and the gondola very convenient. The service, from housekeeping to front desk and valet, was frequently described as exceptional. Breakfast was consistently highlighted as a standout feature. However, some guests reported issues with noise from mechanical equipment, elevators, and snow maintenance, as well as occasional complaints about room furnishings and size. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended stay.
