Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, and the quality of the food, noting the restaurant as a highlight. The location was also appreciated by several guests for its tranquility and convenience. However, many reviews raised concerns about cleanliness, with reports of mould, dirty carpets, and general lack of upkeep in rooms and bathrooms. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others reporting issues with communication, missing amenities, and lack of response to problems. Overall, while the hotel offers some positive experiences, especially in hospitality and dining, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
