Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the area on foot. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful service from staff. However, there are repeated complaints about outdated or malfunctioning TVs, issues with cleanliness in some rooms, and problems with the elevators, which are seen as insufficient for the hotel's size. While some guests enjoyed clean and spacious rooms, others noted areas needing renovation and improvement.
