Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to the center and local attractions. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including deteriorated facilities, presence of insects, and lack of maintenance. Service is often described as indifferent or unhelpful, with some guests reporting problems at check-in, with restaurant staff, or with room changes. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others noting a lack of variety. The pool is mentioned as a positive by some, though others found it poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
