Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location near malls and restaurants as a highlight. However, there are repeated complaints about service issues, including problems with reservations, slow check-in, and unresponsive or apathetic staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests find rooms and common areas clean, others report issues like mold, humidity, and unclean bathrooms. The breakfast and pool are appreciated by some, but others find them lacking in quality or maintenance.
