Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to attractions, shops, and the airport. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and under beds, as well as maintenance problems like blocked toilets and old facilities. While amenities such as the gym, pool, and 24-hour store were appreciated, some felt the offerings were basic or lacking. Overall, the positives centered on location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

Cons (-) The desk wasn't very big which I needed, tv was old and didn't have many channels, no safe box to use, an old telephone that reminds me of those movies back in the 80s. The Wireless Internet is fast, but you can lose connection somewhat throughout the day. My guess is they don't have a powerful router or network setup throughout the hotel that can handle the number of guests and rooms for each flo...
