Annette, Dec 2023
The hotel itself was not bad. The major issue we had was with the valet that went through our vehicle as well as a bag that was left in the car. We were in a hurry when we left so we didn't really notice what happened until we got home 2 hours away. Nothing was missing however the bag that was left in error was completely gone through. Thankfully nothing of value besides medicine was in it. The ir...

Pros (+) The breakfast and views were good.
Cons (-) The pull out couch is horrible. It is barely a mattress. We chose Embassy Suites for our family of 5 so that we would have a little more space but for the price point, they should be embarrassed at the quality of mattress.

Pros (+) The food at Taste was excellent. The valet staff is awesome
Cons (-) The hotel was clearly overwhelmed. Our room was not ready when we arrived. An hour later they put us in a different room then the one we booked. The elevators are slow

Pros (+) Nice room with a view, very good breakfast and very courteous staff
Cons (-) It was going through major renovations that we were not told about before arriving. Also the construction was scheduled to be from 9am-5pm but it started before 9am and finished after 5pm.

Cons (-) I called to extend my room. The agent told me that there were no rooms available, but when I checked online at their website they still had open rooms. I'm still not sure why I was declined to extend my stay. Also, we were unable to lower the air below 68 degrees in our room, and the shower took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.
