Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hostel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. Many also appreciate the value for money, with several mentioning affordable prices and decent facilities for the cost. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: some guests found rooms and bathrooms clean, while others noted issues with dirty bedding or bathrooms. Service is similarly mixed, with friendly staff and smooth check-ins for some, but others experienced communication problems and difficulties with codes or staff availability. Bed comfort is mentioned as both a positive and a negative, depending on the room. Overall, the hostel is popular for its location and price, but there are recurring concerns about cleanliness, service consistency, and some maintenance issues.
