Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as bedbugs, dirty bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a frequent point of complaint, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and problems with booking or payment. However, the location was generally appreciated, being close to attractions, public transport, and supermarkets. Noise was another common issue, with thin walls and loud surroundings disturbing guests' rest. Overall, while the location is convenient, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and noise insulation.
