Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the convenient location close to restaurants and events. Many found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with amenities like free laundry and kitchen supplies. However, some guests experienced issues with cleanliness, such as stained sheets or dirty dishes, and a few reported maintenance problems like leaking air conditioning units. While most guests felt the hotel offered good value and a pleasant stay, there were occasional complaints about management, noise, and lack of breakfast.
