Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's attentive and friendly service, as well as the quality and variety of breakfast options. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was generally appreciated, though a few reviews mentioned areas needing improvement. The location was seen as remote and surrounded by nature, which some guests enjoyed, while others found it less convenient. Value for price was a point of contention, with several guests feeling the hotel was somewhat expensive for what was offered. Despite some negative feedback, many guests highlighted the onsen experience and the overall atmosphere as memorable and enjoyable.
