Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near public transport, night markets, and attractions, as well as the overall cleanliness and friendly, responsive staff. However, many found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small and some noted issues with the elevator's speed and safety. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, cleanliness, and service stood out in the reviews.
