Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, shopping, and eateries. Several reviews mention that the rooms are spacious and generally quiet, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple guests reporting issues such as mold, unpleasant odors, and even cockroaches. Service is described as neutral, with some positive interactions but also mentions of limited staff engagement and self-service check-in. Bed comfort and room size receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting discomfort or maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and space, but improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.
