Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Ximending and public transport, making it a convenient choice for exploring Taipei. Many also find the hotel to be good value for money. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors, as well as negative experiences with staff service and communication. Noise from both inside and outside the hotel is a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for some guests. Overall, while the location and affordability are highlights, improvements in cleanliness, service, and noise control are needed.
