Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfortable lounge and amenities such as free snacks and drinks. However, several guests mention issues with cleanliness, particularly musty smells, mold, and insufficient cleaning in bathrooms. Noise from neighboring rooms and the street is a concern for some, and a few guests found the beds uncomfortable or the room layouts awkward. Overall, the positives of location and service stand out, but improvements in cleanliness and soundproofing are needed.
