Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its proximity to the port, city center, and local amenities, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness and service, with some guests noting friendly and helpful staff, while others report issues with lost items and lack of assistance. Cleanliness is also a point of contention, with both positive and negative remarks. Noise from the street and air conditioning is a common complaint, and bed comfort receives criticism in several reviews. Overall, the hotel is considered budget-friendly and suitable for short stays, especially for those prioritizing location.
