Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful views, especially of Taal Lake. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several enjoyed the pool and overall facilities. However, there are notable complaints about the breakfast quality and variety, with multiple guests finding it underwhelming for the price. Some reviews mention issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, room maintenance, and misleading room descriptions. While the positives center on location, service, and ambiance, improvements are needed in breakfast offerings, Wi-Fi, and some amenities.
