Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, accessing public transport, and enjoying nearby restaurants and attractions. Many guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some positive experiences of early check-in and accommodating service. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms, as well as outdated facilities. Complaints about uncomfortable beds and poorly designed or old bathrooms were also common. While the location and staff stood out positively, improvements are needed in room comfort and cleanliness.
