Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, with many finding it convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Some reviewers also mention helpful staff and reasonable value for money. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dirty bins and poorly maintained rooms, as well as negative experiences with service such as lack of staff presence and slow response times. Many guests also report issues with room comfort, including uncomfortable beds and small or windowless rooms. The absence of elevators is a common concern, especially for those with heavy luggage or rooms on higher floors. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.

Cons (-) * I didn't use the wifi or have to walk up 4 flights of stairs so can't comment on that. * The room isn't all that sound proof, and you can hear house cleaning banging on other people's doors quite easily from 7.30am onwards so maybe bring some ear plugs. * There was no powerpoint within easy reach of the bed, so difficult to charge your mobile on the bedside table. Firstworldproblem, but just so ...
