Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring Swansea. However, many reviewers expressed strong dissatisfaction with the £100 deposit policy, reporting significant delays or issues in receiving refunds. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and outdated facilities. Service and staff interactions varied, with some positive mentions but more frequent complaints about unhelpful or unresponsive staff. The value for price was often questioned due to the deposit and the overall condition of the hotel. Breakfast options were also criticized for being limited or not meeting expectations.
