Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, with several mentioning helpful service and good value for money. However, many reviews highlight serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, pests, and unpleasant odors. Amenities and facilities are often described as outdated, broken, or poorly maintained, with frequent complaints about non-functioning lifts, air conditioning, and missing essentials. Bed comfort also receives criticism due to worn-out or infested bedding. Overall, while the location and staff are strong positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
