Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and the canal, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews noted negative experiences with bed comfort, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or in need of replacement. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with issues such as dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms mentioned. While some guests enjoyed the food and found the rooms clean, the hotel would benefit from improvements in cleanliness and bed quality.
