Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, and clean, spacious rooms. The location is considered convenient and quiet, with easy access to markets and shopping centers. Many appreciated the extra touches like free drinks, daily room service, and accommodating service. However, several guests found the mattresses to be very hard and uncomfortable, and a few mentioned minor issues with amenities like wifi or bathroom comfort. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended for its service, value, and cleanliness.
