Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast options. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the thoughtful amenities. The pool and rooftop bar were popular, though some felt the pool was small or not heated. A few guests noted minor issues with room cleaning schedules and noise, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended by most visitors.
