Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access dining and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as stained bedding, dirty carpets, and concerns about overall hygiene. The breakfast offered was generally considered poor, with limited choices and low quality. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, but others as unresponsive or unable to resolve issues. Bed comfort was mentioned in both positive and negative terms, with some guests finding the beds cozy while others found them too soft or uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and service.
