Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel for its spacious and comfortable rooms, with several reviews highlighting the large size and comfort of the accommodations. However, there are repeated complaints about unfriendly or unhelpful staff, issues with cleanliness such as stained towels and unclean rooms, and dissatisfaction with the parking system, including extra charges and lack of validation. Overall, while the room size and comfort stand out as positives, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and parking policies.
