Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, charming historic atmosphere, and lovely gardens. Many found the breakfast enjoyable and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. However, some guests were disappointed by issues such as small or dark rooms, inconsistent cleanliness, and occasional service lapses. While the unique decor and property character were highlights, a few felt the facilities and amenities did not always meet five-star expectations. Overall, the positive aspects of location, ambiance, and staff stood out most.
