Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful service provided by the hosts, with many noting their welcoming attitude and useful local advice. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively, with several reviews describing rooms as very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast receives praise for its quality and variety, though a few guests would have liked more fruit or cake options. While the location offers beautiful views and tranquility, some guests found it challenging to access without a car or noted the uphill walk from town. There are occasional negative remarks about basement rooms, shared bathrooms, and dated decor, but overall, guests appreciate the comfort, atmosphere, and value provided by the hotel.
