Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for the town center, ferry terminal, and local attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviewers found the rooms to be small, outdated, or lacking in comfort, and several felt that the prices were too high for the quality and amenities provided. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though some noted issues with noise and ventilation. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but guests often felt it did not offer good value for money.
