Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to local attractions and ease of access. Some guests found the staff friendly and the beds comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of pests and dirty rooms. Service was also a common concern, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff and poor housekeeping. The breakfast offering was frequently criticized as inadequate, often consisting of only muffins and coffee, which disappointed guests expecting more. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were praised, cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality were major areas of dissatisfaction.
