Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to visit nearby attractions and enjoy the area. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting exceptional service at check-in and throughout their stay. Some guests also felt the hotel offered good value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and unpleasant odors. The overall atmosphere was described as dated and, in some cases, depressing. While there were positive experiences, especially regarding staff and location, improvements in cleanliness and updates to the property are needed.
