The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others wishing for more variety or hot options. Pros (+) Close to Penn State Campus and Waffle House is right across street. There is a good Korean Restaurant just down the street. Unfortunately, they closed during the time when I was there. They must be on vacation. Room is spacious and clean. A lot of parking space.
Cons (-) Breakfast could be better, would love real hot oatmeal. But they do have yogurt and fresh apple which I like. Wish room insulation would be better. Overall, it is good stay experience.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman working at the desk took the time to draw us a map to show us where to go on our visit to Penn State. Someone also brought cupcakes in during the evening and offered us some. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Penn State. Best hotel stay I've ever experienced.
Cons (-) The treadmill in the workout room was out of order. This happens - I think we just hit it at the wrong time.
