Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for exploring the city and attending to business. While some appreciated the breakfast and found the staff friendly, many reviews highlighted significant issues with the bathrooms, including flooding, poor maintenance, and cleanliness concerns. Cleanliness in rooms and common areas was also a recurring complaint. Service quality varied, with some guests noting helpful staff, but others encountered communication difficulties and unprofessional behavior. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and bathroom facilities.
