Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for airport access, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, some guests noted issues with noise, dated facilities, inconsistent housekeeping, parking difficulties, and minor inconveniences with amenities such as the TV and shuttle service. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests finding the hotel suitable for short stays and airport convenience.

The shower was very slow to drain and almost flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, the room was comfortable and clean.

Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff. Checking was fast and efficient. There is a nice and relaxed atmosphere about the place. The restaurant catered very well for my dietary restrictions which usually is a struggle. The rooms are well-equipped, very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The website still shows sauna/swimming pool (to which I was greatly looking forward to) and these are no longer available. Also the television picture in our room kept breaking up and there was no engineer available to fix it.
