Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and professional staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. Many found the overall atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. However, a significant number of guests expressed dissatisfaction with extra charges for parking and WiFi, feeling these fees were not clearly communicated or justified. While the service and room quality were generally well received, the negative sentiment around parking and some maintenance issues did affect the overall impression for some guests.

Wonderful

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and the lobby was friendly and inviting, there was ample parking and a great location!
Cons (-) The hotel could have used some fresh carpet.
2.5
Poor
Anonymous, Jun 2017
Cons (-) Check in was a nightmare, they didn't clean my room in-between nights, woken up by a drunk man banging on my door because he needed to use my bathroom (for 30min) I don't stay here again. Staff was pleasant to deal with. $17 per night for Wi-Fi and breakfeat wasn't cheap!
