Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to shopping, entertainment, and key destinations. Some guests highlighted positive experiences with certain staff members, particularly at the front desk and management level. However, there were repeated complaints about elevator outages, cleanliness issues in rooms, and inconsistent service quality. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the location and some staff stand out positively, operational and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
