Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with frequent complaints about unprofessional and rude service, poor cleanliness, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many guests reported issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and problems with deposits or payments. There were also mentions of uncomfortable beds, broken amenities, and safety concerns. Only a few isolated positive remarks about staff friendliness and location were noted, but these were not consistent across multiple reviews.
