Pros (+) Nice place. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) They charged my credit card an extra $50 without my consent nor telling me why. Just wondering is it common practice with them for this kind THEFT?

Pros (+) Beds were comfortable!!!
Cons (-) No maid service. I wasn’t told upon check in that our room wouldn’t be cleaned or I would have asked for extra towels coffee and cups upon arrival.

Pros (+) This hotel is super convenient to downtown and beautiful inside. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. This hotel has all the modern conveniences including electric blackout window shades.
Cons (-) No fridge in the room.

Casey, Nov 2019
Pros (+) The room was spacious and modern.
Cons (-) The check in took about 20 minutes, annoying. I have to pay to park which is BS. And how does a hotel run out of food for room service. They had to keep changing my order because they ran out of items. Not a luxury hotel other than how it looks.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. We found our new home away from home in Spokane.

Pros (+) We chose this hotel because of the sky bridge right into the performing arts center. Pleasantly surprised at how nicely appointed it is. Also ate dinner at "13" which was very tasty. Very comfortable, striking views from the 16th floor over the Spokane River. Convenient to downtown attractions too. Would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) All of the pillows were very soft and squishy down-like consistency. It would have been nice to have a couple of firmer pillows in the mix. No extra blanket in the room.

Pros (+) Nice bed and shower
Cons (-) The last 2 times we have stayed here, the room has not been ready, By 6pm, it was pushing our 7o clock dinner reservations. Also in a suite, which comfortably fits 10 people, we were unable to have more than 4 people in the room.
