Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access local attractions. The service, particularly from staff members like Ana, was highlighted as friendly, helpful, and responsive. Cleanliness and room decor were also frequently mentioned as positives, with many guests finding the rooms comfortable and well-appointed. However, some guests noted issues with the wifi, small room sizes, and the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage to higher floors challenging. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was very positive for most visitors.
