Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The service, especially from the host Toni, was frequently highlighted as exceptional, with many guests appreciating his helpfulness, responsiveness, and assistance with luggage. Cleanliness of the rooms was also a strong positive, with numerous mentions of spotless and well-maintained accommodations. However, a common negative was the lack of an elevator, resulting in many stairs to climb, which some found challenging, especially with luggage or for those with mobility issues. Room sizes were occasionally mentioned as small, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
