Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, varied and high-quality breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the rooms. Many found the staff friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. However, several guests were disappointed by misleading information regarding the spa and pool facilities, which often required extra payment and were not always located within the hotel. Some reviews also mention issues with room amenities, noise, and service inconsistencies, but the positives generally outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
