Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, spider webs, and unclean rooms. Service is also criticized, with comments about staff being unavailable or unhelpful, especially in the mornings. However, the hotel is praised for its strategic location, making it convenient for guests' needs. Amenities like air conditioning, shared kitchen, and a pool are noted, though their quality and maintenance vary. Overall, while the hotel offers value and some useful facilities, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
