Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near MRT and malls, making it convenient for shopping and commuting. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many appreciate the value for money, especially with breakfast included. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens and the presence of cockroaches. Road noise is a common complaint due to the hotel's proximity to a busy intersection, and some guests note that soundproofing could be improved. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive for those prioritizing location and service.
