Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to local attractions and ease of access. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, reservation problems, and unprofessional behavior from the owner. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others noted issues with dirty carpets or rooms needing renovation. The pool was often cited as out of order or poorly maintained, disappointing guests who expected this amenity. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service and pool reliability are significant concerns.
