Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness and hygiene issues, poor service from staff, and problems with amenities such as the pool, gym, and WiFi. Some positive mentions include the hotel's location and certain amenities like the aquapark, but these are overshadowed by widespread complaints about dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and chaotic management. A few guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the atmosphere pleasant, but these were rare exceptions in predominantly negative reviews.
